Acceptance
By using Sanyro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sanyro.
What Sanyro is (and is not)
Sanyro is an expense tracking and settlement coordination tool. It helps individuals and groups log, split, and track expenses inside Spaces.
Sanyro may include a companion web experience for viewing expenses and balances. The full experience (like adding expenses, uploading receipts, and exports) is available in the mobile app.
Sanyro does not move money, hold funds, or provide financial advice. Payments between users happen outside Sanyro using their preferred banking apps or payment methods.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
Your content and responsibilities
You own the content you submit to Sanyro (for example: expense titles, notes, receipts, attachments, and payment records). You give Sanyro permission to store and process this content to provide and improve the service.
You agree not to use Sanyro for illegal activity, to harass others, to upload malware, or to interfere with the service.
Receipts and the Space receipt inbox
Sanyro supports receipt capture through scanning/upload and through a Space receipt inbox (forwarding). The Space receipt inbox is designed for receipts and invoices, not as a general-purpose email account.
If you forward content to a Space receipt inbox, you represent that you have the right to share that content with the Space members and with Sanyro so we can provide the service.
Multi-currency and FX
Multi-currency features are designed to keep balances understandable. Exchange rates may differ from what your bank or payment app uses. Always verify amounts before sending money.
Free and Pro tiers
Sanyro includes the full feature set in Free. Free includes a limit of one active Space. Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited active Spaces, so you can keep multiple trips/households/events active at once.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (when applicable). You can cancel at any time through your store account settings. Unless required by law, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Third-party services
Sanyro relies on third-party service providers to operate (for example: authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and push notifications). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.
Disclaimers and limitations
Sanyro is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from incorrect entries, misunderstandings between group members, exchange rate differences, or payments made outside Sanyro. Always verify amounts before paying.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting support@sanyro.com.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes before they take effect.
